Poor network performance

Hi

When copying files from a host machine to guest machine, either by drag/drop
from window to window, or by copying over the virtual network (bridged), it
takes more than 10 seconds to copy a 2mb file. Is this correct?

Depends on your Host OS.Vista takes an inordinate time to copy a simple file
be it to a vm system or a thumb drive..
